Travel Fee: For properties outside Lafayette County (up to 70 miles): $50 travel surcharge.

Compliance with FAA Regulations
Pursuant to Part 107 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), I, as a certified drone pilot, strictly comply with all mandates issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This adherence includes, but is not limited to:
• Maintaining visual line of sight with the drone at all times.
• Restricting operational altitude to no more than 400 feet above ground level.
• Ensuring operations do not occur over individuals or moving vehicles without requisite authorization.
• Refraining from operating under the influence of any substances that could impair judgment or ability.
• Conducting comprehensive pre-flight inspections to ascertain the airworthiness of the drone.
Privacy and Data Protection
In accordance with applicable privacy laws, all drone operations are executed with strict observance of privacy rights. No imagery or data will be captured over private properties or individuals without obtaining prior consent. All data acquired is securely stored and processed to ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection statutes.
Insurance Coverage
To mitigate potential liabilities, comprehensive insurance coverage is maintained for all drone operations. This includes, but is not limited to, liability insurance to cover potential damages or losses incurred during aerial photography activities.
Environmental Considerations
Drone operations are conducted with a commitment to environmental stewardship. All flights are planned and executed to minimize disturbances to wildlife and natural habitats, and operations in protected areas are conducted only with proper authorization and compliance with environmental regulations.
Local and State Laws
In addition to federal regulations, all drone operations comply with applicable state and local laws of Mississippi. This includes obtaining necessary permits and authorizations for specific operational areas and ensuring compliance with local zoning and airspace restrictions.
Client Consent and Agreements
Prior to the commencement of any drone photography session, a detailed agreement outlining the scope of work, flight plans, and any client-specific requests or restrictions will be provided. Written consent from the client will be obtained, and any amendments to the initial agreement will require mutual written approval.

Safety protocols are strictly adhered to in all drone operations. These protocols include:
